Hey everyone,
About a year ago we started the 40kegger website. Well, we kind of started it before that, but it was pretty lame and basically just an attempt to hold the 40kegger.com domain. But about a year ago, we launched what is now a pretty successful website in terms of generating traffic and being a portal for the 40kegger community.
With a bunch of people heading down to Dark Star, we see a great opporunity to have people involved in spreading the 40kegger name. Sure, wearing matching shirts and heading down as a group is one thing, but what about the fact that there are some amazing painters in our club? Fuck, let's get those minis on our website and build a reputation for being more that just "beerhammer guys".
Well, 'beerhammer' is kinda funny (credit to Thrusty)...
Anyways, a lot of you have posting rights to 40kegger.com. I've seen some cool battle reports, but lets get more up there. Seriously... If you got some neat shit on your painting table, just grab the camera and throw a little post up. Were you standing in the shower and zoning out to a storyline for your army? Type that shit up and post it! Nerds love that stuff (I know I do).
I know a lot of you are painting like mad to get your stuff ready for the 2013 season. I know I am, I got about 40 minis to paint for Astro 2013. I will try and get a few posts up as well along the way.
